Each painting comes with a certificate of authenticity.

Returns & Refunds At CBjork Art

all purchases are final. We will process refunds on goods that have been damaged as a result of shipping or handling. If any item has been damaged during shipping please contact us at [email protected] and we will process your case as expeditiously as possible. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged product, please ensure the following:

1. If the damage is evident at the time of delivery, make note of the damage on the courier’s copy of the airway bill and their delivery sheet, as well as on the copy that you retain.
2. Please notify CBjork Art of the damage within five days of receipt of the goods, along with the details of the damage.
3. Send CBjork Art images of the goods with close-ups of the damaged portion(s)

  4. (Optional) Contact Shipper to file a claim yourself if you feel necessary.

All above will help in processing claims in a timely manner.

Please note that as a service to our clients, we insure all paintings and pottery against damage during transit.  If you are returning the artwork to the artist for repair, you must complete #2 AND #3 above for approval before shipping the insured painting.  In the case of repairs, the artist will share 50% shipping costs, in the case of total damage, a claim must be filed which can take up to 1 month for refund to be processed.

In 13 years of business, we have a great track record with only 2 repairs, and 1 damage out of over 2500 original paintings sold!   Each painting is very sturdy with solid support bars, padding on corners in a secure box. Read painting details closely before purchasing so you know the material used, gallery cradled gessoboard, or gallery wrap canvas. 

You have the safety of knowing you are covered.  Most all art photos do not do the paintings justice, the physical product exceeds expectations 99.9% of the time. Photos represent the painting accurately, but make sure your computer monitor is correctly calibrated for colors.  The artist is willing to work with and consider all offers and requests for art.
